Singapore's Seviora to integrate three asset management companies


Singapore's Seviora Group said on Thursday (Oct 8) it would integrate its three wholly-owned asset management companies Azalea, SeaTown and Seviora Capital as a single platform.
The plan will enhance investors' access to its investment capabilities, Seviora said in a statement
Gabriel Lim will continue as CEO of Seviora who took on the role last year
Seviora is a wholly-owned unit of Singapore's state investment company Temasek Holdings
Established in 2020, Seviora Holdings has been comprised of Azalea Asset Management, Fullerton Fund Management, Innoven Capital, SeaTown Holdings and Seviora Capital, according to its website
Fullerton Fund Management and InnoVen Capital are not affected by this integration and will continue to operate as separate legal entities within the Group, it said.
