Animal abuse? Cabby allegedly has small aquarium in car, claims it's 'AI'
A passenger was shocked when he saw a small fish tank on the dashboard of a taxi he was riding in, and even more surprised when the cabby claimed it was made with artificial intelligence.

You've seen people taking their dogs out for walks, but how about taking fish out for a drive?

That's what this cabby appears to be doing when he installed a small aquarium in his car, according to a video by his passenger shared on Reddit on Thursday (Sept 10).

In the video, the user captioned that he was on the way home when he saw an "aquarium" above the dashboard of the taxi.

"Uncle, your car can keep fish?" the passenger asks.

In response, the uncle claims that the small fish tank and the fish inside it were created with artificial intelligence (AI).

"I never wear my contacts today," the passenger continues, confused. "So it's fake?"

Deflecting, the driver explains that he has to call it AI because customers allegedly call NParks to complain about the fish in his car.

"I guess it's AI and not real," the passenger concludes.

Speaking further with the passenger, the cabby also claims that he has over 100 fish in his home, inviting the former to name them one by one.

While both passenger and driver both seem to take the situation in good spirits, comments on the post were not kind to the driver.

"I feel sorry for the fish," said a user. "The water is constantly turbulent and the fish look stressed."

"A lot of people treat pets, especially fish, like decorations. It's quite tragic," accused another.

A comment also stated: "Any experienced aquarium keeper will tell you this is animal abuse.

"Overcrowding, temperature fluctuation and water flow stresses the fish. The driver thinks this is cool but in reality, he's torturing the animals."
