The operation, which covered areas such as Bedok, Hougang, Jurong and Sengkang, took place from Oct 5 to 9, the bureau said in a news release on Friday (Oct 9).
According to CNB, controlled drugs including about 243g of heroin, 128g of 'Ice', 244g of cannabis, 20g of ketamine, 10 Emirin-5 tablets, two lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD) stamps, a bottle of liquid gamma-hydroxybutyrate (GHB) and a bottle of methadone were seized.
The drugs seized are estimated to be worth more than $48,600, with the heroin, 'Ice' and cannabis seized potentially feeding the addiction of 224 abusers for a week, CNB said.
In one such raid at a residential unit near Cassia Crescent in Mountbatten on Oct 5, CNB officers arrested a 30-year-old Singaporean man for suspected drug trafficking offences.
There, about 49g of cannabis and drug paraphernalia were recovered within the unit.
The arrest led CNB officers to another residential unit at Jalan Bukit Merah, where a 38-year-old Singaporean man was also arrested for suspected drug trafficking offences.
CNB said its officers found ten Emirin-5 tablets in the man's bag.
Through follow-up investigations, officers went on to recover a plastic bag containing 17g of cannabis, two LSD stamps and drug paraphernalia from a rubbish chute on the first floor.
Officers also found two rolled-up joints containing cannabis beside the rubbish chute.
On Thursday (Oct 8) night, CNB led a multi-agency operation at several nightlife establishments to detect and deter drug abuse and other unlawful activities.
The operation involved officers from the police, the Health Sciences Authority and the Singapore Civil Defence Force.
The bureau said it checked 119 persons and administered saliva test on 86 individuals who were suspected of drug consumption.

"CNB will continue to work closely with its law enforcement partners to strengthen deterrence against drug abuse and other unlawful activities to ensure public spaces such as nightlife establishments are safe and orderly," it added.
Investigations into the drug activities of all arrested suspects are ongoing.
