Education funding for students

Curtin Singapore

Students applying for the Diploma of Arts and Creative Industries are eligible for a one-unit tuition fee bursary worth $2,160. A-level holders with good academic standing may be eligible for the Heritage Scholarship worth $4,320.

Kaplan Singapore

Students interested in an accounting professional qualification with Kaplan can enjoy a range of scholarships from ACCA Singapore and Mid-Tier Accounting Firms.

Selected programmes are also entitled to a range of funding from authorities like the Singapore Workplace Development Authority. Kaplan Singapore offers scholarships to the top three students of each full-time diploma and Bachelor's degree cohort.

Scholarship amounts:
- Top student: $10,000
- Second place: $7,500
- Third place: $5,000

Management Development Institute of Singapore (MDIS)

The MDIS Local Merit Scholarship is worth up to $4,000 in course fees. Any new student enrolling in any of the following degree programmes (full and part-time) may apply for this scholarship:

- Business and Management
- Engineering
- Fashion Design
- Information Technology
- Health & Life Sciences
- Psychology
- Mass Communications
- Travel, Tourism & Hospitality Management.

PSB Academy

The Skills Development Fund (SDF) is an employer-based subsidy from the Singapore Workforce Development Agency (WDA). Applicants must be:

1. Gainfully employed AND

2. Singaporeans/permanent residents

NTUC-SEP

Fifty per cent of the programme fee will be supported by the training grant. Applications can be made at www.ntuc.org.sg/wps/portal/up2/home. NTUC-SEP does not support the Certificate in Business Management or Diploma in Business Administration (Banking and Finance) programmes.

Yayasan Mendaki (Applicable for Malay Singaporeans/PRs)

Company-sponsored applicants

SIM Global Education (SIM GE)

SIM Global Education Scholarship

The bond-free scholarship is awarded to students to pursue overseas bachelor's degree programmes at SIM GE. It is tenable for the minimum period required to complete the full course of study and covers course fees, examination fees and a fixed book allowance.

SIM Global Education Bursary

This provides financial assistance to needy students pursuing diploma, undergraduate or postgraduate programmes at SIM GE.
