Police appeal for next-of-kin of man found dead in Beach Road HDB flat

The police are appealing for the next-of-kin of Ong Ah Ying, 79, to come forward.

In a news release on Thursday (Aug 13), the police said that Ong, who was living at Block 5 Beach Road, died in his home on Tuesday.

The address is in the vicinity of the popular Beach Road Army Market and Golden Mile Food Centre.

Ong's family, or anyone with information on his next-of-kin, can call the police hotline at 1800-255-0000, or submit information online at www.police.gov.sg/i-witness.

All information will be kept strictly confidential, the police said.
