The Football Association of Singapore (FAS) announced this in a social media post at about 12.35pm.
"Thank you to all the fans for your incredible support! The Asean Hyundai Cup semi-final first leg against Thailand at Jalan Besar Stadium is officially sold out," FAS wrote.
The association urged fans who did not manage to secure tickets to look out for details on a watch party to be announced soon.
Fans may also catch the match live on Mediacorp's MeWatch.
In an announcement on Tuesday, FAS informed Thailand's supporters that all away tickets have been purchased by the Football Association of Thailand (FA Thailand) and are directly managed by the association.
Away fans seeking tickets should contact FA Thailand directly, FAS said.
Those who manage to secure tickets to the match are reminded that home zones are designated for Singapore fans and supporters only, while away zones are for away supporters.
Matchgoers found in a zone not designated for their supporting team may be denied entry to the stadium, or removed from the venue. No refunds will be given in such instances.
The Lions' and the War Elephants' second leg clash will take place on Aug 18 in Bangkok.
Ilhan Fandi's second-half equaliser against Indonesia on Aug 7 sent the Lions into the semi-final, while Thailand booked their place with a 2-0 win over Myanmar a day later to seal top spot in Group B.
