The female biker posted footage of the incident from her dashcam to her TikTok account, Monkeyheng, on Sunday (Sept 20).
The video initially shows her struggling with a key in the fuel cap, tugging and wiggling the key in an attempt to unlock the tank.
"All I wanted was to pump," wrote the biker.
Moments later, an attendant from the petrol station approaches her and recommends a workshop nearby.
However, before she could make the trip, a police officer in uniform walks over to assist her.
"Police to the rescue," she wrote.
The officer puts the key in the fuel cap and begins twisting it but it gets jammed.

The police officer then pulls the key out and tries again.
"Very kind policeman," Monkeyheng wrote.
Another police officer joins him as both of them can be seen tinkering and attempting to fix the stuck fuel cap.
The first police officer is seen using an allen key, while the biker hands the other officer a small wrench.
But they are still unable to open the tank.
At the end of the video, another attendant tries his hand at the stuck fuel cap but to no avail as the biker watches crestfallen in the background.
In her caption, the biker thanked the policemen and the attendant for their help.
The video has since gone viral on TikTok, amassing over 178,000 views, more than 5,000 likes and over 100 comments.
Although it is unclear whether she was able to eventually unlock her fuel tank, netizens have chimed in with suggestions to fix the issue.
A popular suggestion shared by some TikTok users is to spray WD-40, a specialist rust remover soak, onto the key to break down rust and displace trapped water, making it easier to open the stuck fuel cap.
One TikTok user commented a similar issue with her previous bike and she realised that her key and fuel tank valve were dry.
Suggesting the WD-40, the user said: "One spray and it’s done."
