GE2025: PM Lawrence Wong says PAP renewal essential despite turbulent times
Within the Cabinet, Prime Minister Lawrence Wong pointed out that "quite a number" are aged 60 years and above. Speaking at the People's Action Party (PAP) Limbang branch, the party's secretary-general said that not making changes to MPs would mean another five-year-wait, which would not be in the interest of Singapore in the longer term.
