Terror groups exist everywhere, which is why Singapore must be able to deal with a range of terror threats. In its 11th edition, Exercise Northstar tests the emergency response plans and coordination of multiple national agencies, while raising public awareness and encouraging continued vigilance. It was held on March 22 at Jurong Island, one of the world’s largest chemicals export hubs with a mix of over 100 top energy and chemicals firms.
