US issues fresh Iran-related sanctions, Treasury says

The United States imposed fresh Iran-related sanctions on Friday (April 24) and issued a general licence authorising the wind down of deals involving Chinese company Hengli Petrochemical (Dalian) Refinery Co, according to a notice on the US Treasury website.
