Woman drives car into Bangkok convenience store, injures 8

Eight people were injured when the driver of a car crashed into a convenience store in Bangkok's Phra Nakhon district on Tuesday (March 31) night.
The car was driven by a 57-year-old woman identified only as Natcha, according to the Bangkok Post.
She sustained injuries in the accident, which took place at 10.50pm on Bowon Niwet Road in the Bang Lamphu area.
The car first struck a tuk-tuk and a noodle stall outside before crashing into the convenience store injuring two staff members, three Thai people and two German tourists, reported local media Thairath Online.
The Bangkok Post reported that police found an electric vehicle halfway inside the store, with broken walls and damaged goods.
Witnesses told police that the driver had driven her car at a high speed around the roundabout in front of the store twice before crashing into it.
Natcha told police that she lost control of the vehicle. The cause of the accident is still under investigation, police said.
