You’ll be hard-pressed to choose from City Hot Pot’s arsenal of 14 flavourful broth bases; take your pick from herbal chicken soup and fish maw fish soup to Korean kimchi and Thai tom yum soup for a spicier kick.

Set meals are available for individuals or up to eight persons, and you’ll get to feast on wagyu beef, US black Angus short ribs, pork collar and minced paste, seafood sets with lobsters, scallops, and more.

As you can guess from its name, mutton is a specialty here, but it’s got more than just that. This hot pot chain hailing from Mongolia has various types of meat that can be dipped in an assortment of soup bases.

In fact, the savoury soup base, made with seven special spices and mutton from Inner Mongolia, is promised to be so flavourful that the restaurant has done without any dipping sauces.

From Australian sirloin beef cubes to Kurobuta pork and rolls of thinly-sliced lamb, this is a meat lover’s haven.
