Senior Minister Lee Hsien Loong has marked World Photography Day on Wednesday (Aug 19) with some new pictures.

And if you've ever wondered how he captures his best shots, the 74-year-old has given his followers a peek behind the scenes.

In a social media post on Wednesday, SM Lee shared a series of candid photos where he's seen going the extra mile to get the perfect shot.

From mirror welfies to pulling off an Asian squat to capture a wild animal in action, it's safe to say that he takes his photography quite seriously, the Prime Minister's Office administrator quipped in the caption.

They also cheekily asked the public to decide "who did a better job behind the camera".

SM Lee has long shared his photos on social media, documenting scenes such as Singapore's nature, wildlife, architecture, and moments from his travels.

And judging by the photos, he appears to have no intention of putting his camera down anytime soon.
