An aerobatics display on March 9 will showcase the Team's ability to perform highly complex individual and group manoeuvres at breathtaking speeds that will exhilarate spectators.

Based in Dijon, France, the Breitling Jet Team is presented by the inventor of the modern chronograph - Swiss luxury watchmaker Breitling which is best known for producing the world's leading aviation timepieces used by professional, civilian and aspiring pilots.

Breitling's flagship aviation timepiece, the Navitimer, is also the official watch of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA), the world's largest association for pilots. Founded in 2003, the Team is marking its tenth anniversary this year.

The sought-after Team is a prominent feature at international air shows and will bring its popular aerial displays to wow spectators in Singapore. Easily recognizable by its distinct black and yellow paint scheme of its Aero L-39 Albatros jets, the Breitling Jet Team is also the world's biggest civilian aerobatic team performing on jets.

All Team pilots are former French Air Force fighter pilots except the leader and founder Jacques Bothelin who is a civilian aerobatics pilot and one of the world's most experienced aerial display pilots.
